Talk With Us About the House

Share a little about the property and where the estate stands. A real person will reply, and there is never any obligation.

Ask about this house

The address and your role is enough to start.

What to Share When You Reach Out

A few details help us give you useful answers on the first conversation. None are required, so share what you know.

The property

The address or general neighborhood, the type of home, and anything notable about its condition or what is still inside.

Where the estate stands

Whether a probate case has been opened, whether the home is in a trust, or whether title has already passed to heirs. If you are unsure, our overview of probate and inherited home situations can help you identify yours.

Who is involved

Your role, whether an attorney is assisting, and whether other heirs should be included in our replies. If you are handling the estate from another state, mention that too, and we will plan visits and paperwork around your schedule rather than asking you to fly in.

A personal reply

We respond ourselves, answer your questions, and explain whether a direct sale seems to fit. If it does, we arrange a visit to the house when it suits you or whoever holds the estate's key. You can review the steps of our purchase process in the meantime.

No pressure, no obligation

Sending a message does not commit the estate to anything. If you would rather learn who sits on the other end first, the story behind this company and how we work is a short read. Many families talk with us, compare options with their attorney, and decide later. Common concerns are covered in our answers to frequent questions, and you can confirm we serve your area on the list of neighborhoods where we buy. If you would rather read before talking, start with what to expect when you sell a house your family has already inherited.

Please do not send original wills, death certificates, or account numbers through the website. We will ask for documents only when they are needed, and they usually go directly to the title company.

A Few Common Questions

Do I need to have letters from the court before contacting you?

No. Many families contact us while a case is being opened or before they have decided anything. We can answer general questions, visit the house, and prepare a written offer so you have information early. A binding agreement waits until the person signing has legal authority, which your attorney can confirm.

Will you contact other family members without permission?

No. We communicate with the person who reaches out and anyone they ask us to include, such as siblings, a co-trustee, or the estate's attorney. We do not contact heirs, tenants, or neighbors on our own. If you would like everyone copied on our written offer, just let us know.

Is there any cost to request an offer?

No. Visiting the house and preparing a written offer cost the estate nothing, and the personal representative is never obligated to accept it. We would rather you take time to compare options, talk with your family and attorney, and decide what is best for the estate.
